Best Diet Books: My 6 Best Diet Books


Let me start off by letting you in on a little secret: I've fought against my weight all my life. I don't like diets and dieting because food is such an integral part of my enjoyment scheme. I suppose I should get a session on the Dr. Phil show. As I type this I am shedding excess fat yet again with one of my best diet books and this time I have a bit more optimism because I've got a maintenance plan already in place and I have finally found the best diet books that make sense to me.

Best Diet Books Have Helped In The Past
These best diet books have helped me before to shed weight so many times that I have become to some extent of an anecdotal expert on them. My hypothesis is that no matter how wonderful a diet is and no matter how fast it will make you slim down, it is not going to do you a smidgen of good unless you follow it. So each person needs to get the best diet books for themselves that fits their lifestyles the best.

When I began choosing my best diet books, I prioritized what I thought I could compromise on in a diet plan and what I thought was necessary to keep. To begin with I felt that any successful diet regime needs a little naughty in it. The very thought of steering clear of my gotta-have-it foods for the rest of my life sent me running in the opposite direction of any diet book even if it was among the best diet books out there. I also felt that I should see not less than 2 lbs a week loss. Another thing I desired in a diet plan is to never have leveling off or plateauing as they call it! I wanted the diet program to be realistically healthy and finally, I wished it to include a lifetime maintenance plan so I could know exactly how to proceed after I have reached my goals. So to review, my priorities were as follows:
